Daniel has left Genetic for personal reasons, we’re sad to see Daniel depart and wish him all the best for the future. Our old friend Dave (ex bass player for The Shabazz Lovemonkeys) will be picking up the bass where Daniel left off and we should be ready to record the new songs soon.

Damon

Finally finished the new site and we have the Guestbook back up, the last one closed a few years ago with the deluge of spam it recieved.

After many weeks of playing in drop C, writing, practising and headaches we are almost done and we will start recording in the near future. The new songs are sounding great and are a progression from the old songs whilst retaining our love of catchy pop, god awful noise and alternative tunings.

After a three year hiatus we have left the music retirement home, we’re writing and rehearsing new Genetic material and a new album and live shows will follow shortly. The site has been given an overhaul and facelift and news, new downloads, pictures and videos will follow shortly.

Filmmaker and old friend Jerry Borel is using some of our music in his new short film, the band will be making small cameos and the finished film will be added to the video section.
